We know from evidenced based research that being kind is really important to our wellbeing and that of others.


Even the smallest act of kindness can make a huge difference to someone's day.


Today, let's think about the actions involved in making a difference in someone's life.


We can think of a few :

  • A friendly smile and some encouraging words.

  • Connect and have a conversation with someone, finding out a little bit more about them and how they are going.

  • Thinking about the words we use when we are posting or commenting on social media posts.

  • A thank you for something or to someone we just take for granted.

  • An appreciation message to someone.

  • Offering to help someone with a task.
