Hi, I’m Anika Bull, a trauma-informed, ACA-registered counsellor offering a supportive space to help you navigate life’s challenges.

As an experienced integrative counsellor, I’m trained in more than one therapeutic modality, combining traditional psychotherapeutic theories with cutting edge, evidence-based techniques. I also integrate Eastern practices, such as body awareness and breathwork, to regulate the nervous system and support perspective shifts. Whatever your journey, I’m here to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, growth, and empowerment.
